Core strength and muscle conditioning
Part of muscle strength and strong core condition is resistance training; which means working or training with weights, either free weights, weights on a gym machines or your own body weight.
By preforming simple, repetitive movements we focus on a particular muscle or muscle groups. Working with free weights, makes the movements harder and requires more strength. If you follow this approach you will certainly increase strength, tone up and will dramatically increase your metabolic rate.
People believe that lifting weights will cause muscle growth in a short period of time. This is actually not true. If you work using a programme with “repetition range” and use the routine working different areas of the body appose to isolate areas you will almost certainly not build muscle. And especially important for women, taking care of your bones, joints to prevent osteoporosis.
